APACMed Breakfast Conversations: Environmental, Social and Governance: What Lies Ahead for the MedTech Industry

APACMed Breakfast Conversations (ABC) is a new initiative in 2023, focused on trending, impactful topics affecting the MedTech industry.  ABC provides a platform for executive-level stakeholders to come together to discuss, debate, and collaborate on common challenges faced, as part of a broader effort to align on policy advocacy and patient access priorities for innovative medical solutions.  Prior ABC events have covered themes such as geopolitics, talent, and AI. In July, ABC will feature the topic of Environment, Social, Governance (ESG), with particular emphasis on the “E”.    Environment is increasingly becoming a strategic priority for companies to ensure long-term success and sustainability, including in the Asia-Pacific region. Yet, countries are at different stagies of maturity along the Environmental curve, with evolving stakeholder demands, and the medtech industry is only just forming a sector-specific view about how to respond.  APACMed, in partnership with Bain & Co, aims to support the medtech industry in navigating the challenges and opportunities of the Environmental landscape.
