As Managing Director of Terumo India Private Limited since 2019, Shishir holds responsibility for Terumo’s businesses in India for Cardiac & Vascular, and Hospital Products segments.
Shishir has over 20 years of work experience in the medical devices with Johnson & Johnson across different geographies. Shishir was Country Director for Ethicon in Russia and CIS countries and later worked in USA as Senior Director, Global Solutions with the Strategic Customer Group to create a global portfolio of solutions and services across the Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices sector.
Tushar is heading Abbott Vascular as General Manager for India & South Asia since last 10 years. In this role, he establishes and manages key executive relationships with various stakeholders throughout the healthcare industry, with a focus on the application of the full spectrum of the company’s products, programs and services. In his span of 20 years with Abbott, Tushar has been focused on strategic leadership, innovation and sustained market leadership position.
Tushar is a Harvard alumni and brings 25 years of healthcare experience and has worked extensively to drive initiatives for the development of medical device firms in India. He is empanelled with various industry bodies like FICCI, Am Cham, USIBC and CII to name a few.
Dr. Rishubh Gupta is the Commercial Director of Baxter India and has been with the company since 2014. He is responsible for driving Baxter’s business growth in India, in line with the company’s vision of facilitating patients’ access to critical therapies, thereby helping them live longer, healthier, and more active lives.
Rishubh joined Baxter in 2014 in the Medication Delivery division (India) and then moved to the APAC region to drive development and innovation across critical geographies and business units.
He held a range of positions and was accountable for key assignments and projects across numerous markets in the areas of change management, medical technology, pharmaceuticals, digital transformation, and global integration.
Appointed as Baxter India’s Commercial Director in October 2021, Rishubh is seasoned commercial leader with a proven track record of effectively turning around businesses by combining a strategic approach that places a strong emphasis on the customer, execution, culture, and people.
Rishubh earned a master’s degree in hospital administration from Tata Institute of Social Sciences and a bachelor’s degree in dentistry from Sudha Rustagi College of Dental Sciences and Research.
Manoj Madhavan took over as the Managing Director for Boston Scientific, India Hub in July 2019 and leads the Boston Scientific business in India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan, Maldives & Sri Lanka. He is a member of the Boston Scientific Asia Pacific Regional Leadership Team.
Manoj has over 17 years of experience in leadership roles across sales, marketing and general management and has worked on unique opportunities in both developed and emerging markets on various assignments.
Manoj joined Boston Scientific Global in March 2014 as part of the Global Leadership Development Program. Over the last 6 years, he has worked in various marketing and business leadership roles in the US, Australia & New Zealand & South East Asia. Prior to taking over the business for the India Hub, Manoj was the Country Head for Boston Scientific Philippines and ASEAN Marketing Leader for the Urology & Pelvic Health Business, where he scripted a business turnaround and delivered one of the fastest growth rates in the Asia Pacific region. Under his leadership, BSC Philippines team won the ‘Regional Excellence Award’ in 2018 for delivering outstanding performance across all key commercial metrics.
Prior to Boston Scientific, Manoj had tenured with Johnson & Johnson as the Business Manager for Tier 2/3 Markets in India where amongst other high impact projects, he spearheaded the outsourced sales model for surgical capital equipment in India. Before Johnson & Johnson, Manoj spent few years in Financial Services in India as well.
Manoj has an MBA from INSEAD and MDI, Gurgaon. He is extremely passionate about patient outcomes, market access and has a keen interest in collaborating with governments and public organizations to ensure improved access to healthcare. Manoj is currently leading a high-powered team in BSC India to positively impact patient outcomes in one of the most critical market globally for BSC by making collaboration, innovation and empathy as the foundation stones of business.
Mandeep Singh Kumar is the Vice President and Country General Manager for Intuitive India since. 2018. He draws from over 25 years of experience in successfully leading and transforming businesses in Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Medical Devices with responsibility for P/L management, strategy building, commercial excellence, and market development across the globe in various roles.
Mandeep joined the company as the first country GM of Intuitive in India. In his current role, he is responsible for building & executing an in-country strategy to enhance patient reach, drive customer robotic programs and expand commercial operations. He is also spearheading Intuitive’s mission of delivering patient-focused, minimally invasive care in India by successfully collaborating with leading Government and private hospitals. His management abilities have helped develop the RAS ecosystem
through successful collaborations with various stakeholders.
Before joining Intuitive, he served as the Chief Commercial Officer for GE Healthcare, India, and South Asia. He led the sales, distribution, and commercial excellence teams in driving revenue and new growth initiatives. He has also served as the GM for Global Commercial Excellence for GE Medical Diagnostics business based in London, and Director WW Emerging Markets Strategy and Business Manager, Asia Pacific, for BD Diabetes Care based in Singapore.
Throughout his career, Mandeep has demonstrated the capability to lead and grow the business profitably and develop expansion and growth plans aligned with the market potential and organization priorities. He has also championed high-performing country and business teams for achieving higher capabilities and business results.
Mandeep holds an MBA and an M. Pharm degree from Panjab University, India.
Atul Grover serves as Managing Director for India and South Asia for BD (Becton, Dickinson, and Company), a leading global medical technology company headquartered in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey. He is also a member of the BD Greater Asia Leadership Team. Prior to this role, he was based in Singapore where he led the BD Interventional business for Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, and South Asia.
Atul has over 23 years of professional experience spanning the healthcare and automobile industries. In his past roles, he has worked as Managing Director for Bard India Healthcare Pvt Ltd (now Becton Dickinson) and has held leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson in India.
Atul earned his degree in mechanical engineering from GB Pant University and a management degree from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Ahmedabad.
He is passionate about the positive impact of healthcare on society and the community at large. In his free time, Atul is an avid reader of books across various genres ranging from management, leadership, and autobiographical accounts amongst others.
Currently the Managing Director of the Indian entities of the German multinational B.Braun, Aditya has over 35 years of experience across Project Management, International Sales, Business Development and Manufacturing operations. Of these, the last 15 years have been in various senior leadership roles.
An engineering graduate from IIT, Delhi and an MBA from ESMT, Berlin, Aditya is helping transform the healthcare delivery in India, by delivering on the vision of the company to protect and improve the health of people all over the world. He is as passionate about bringing the latest technologies to the Indian healthcare ecosystem, as he is about contributing to the Make in India initiative, via various locally manufactured products from the company’s three manufacturing units, located in India.
He has mentored start-ups in the healthcare space and enabled them to steadily achieve commercial viability. As a pragmatic thought leader, he contributes via both academic and business forums to favorably influence the policy in the long-term interest of Indian patients.
