The AI Working Group was spun off from the Digital Health Committee in 2024 to place greater focus on the evolving role of AI in MedTech across Asia Pacific. Bringing together both large and small organisations, the group explores AI applications in areas like workflow efficiency and clinical innovation. Through collaboration, we aim to shape AI policies and drive meaningful advancements in the industry. Join us in shaping the future of AI in MedTech!

Key Projects Being Undertaken in 2024 Include:

  • Strengthen AI Policy Intelligence: Drive awareness and provide timely insights on AI regulations and trends in MedTech across APAC.
  • Position APACMed as a Thought Leader: Build APACMed’s role in shaping AI governance by engaging with key stakeholders and integrating AI into functional committees.
  • Support Industry Alignment & Adoption: Keep the MedTech ecosystem informed on evolving AI policies and foster collaboration for harmonised regulatory frameworks.
