Shinae Baek
Shinae joins APACMed as a Strategic and Public Affairs Manager and is involved in brand messaging and policy engagement with strategic partners. In her recent role at APCO Worldwide, she provided counsel to multinational clients in the consumer, technology and sustainability domains, offering guidance on policy analysis and communications on a diverse range of issues.
Shinae previously held positions at the Singapore Economic Development Board, where she oversaw marketing for clean tech, Korea and Japan, and at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, where she helped build its research marketing efforts, overseeing strategic media partnerships with key US media and serving as the managing editor of its digital public policy magazine. Additionally, she was engaged in several government relations projects in the non-profit sector.
Shinae holds an MSc in political economy from Nanyang Technological University, and a BSc in international relations from the London School of Economics.
