A leading expert in geopolitical risk and resilience, Ziad advises global businesses on building the capabilities to monitor and mitigate geopolitical challenges. Prior to McKinsey, he held senior roles in the US government across economic diplomacy and national security, shaping policies on market access, regulatory risks, and geo-economic strategy in Asia. 

Ziad will share insights on how shifting geopolitical dynamics are reshaping the MedTech landscape, impacting global trade, supply chains, and market access across APAC. He will explore trade realignments, regulatory challenges, and strategies for navigating geopolitical risks in key markets.
