Remote Care Management (RCM) solutions enable patient care outside of conventional clinical settings and bring it to where the patient resides, such as at home, in remote areas or on the go.
In 2021, APACMed organised dialogues with private sector stakeholders and policymakers from around the region. This paper summarises key learnings from these sessions, together with perspectives and next steps, to support bringing the value of RCM tools to patients across the Asia-Pacific.
